About Me
Hi, I’m Daniel! I’m an award-winning Game Developer and graduate of the University of Huddersfield with a First Class Degree in Computer Science w/ Games Programming.
I’ve loved video games since I was just 2 years old (really!). What drew me in was the unique emotions and experiences games can create.
I grew up in a family passionate about gaming; in fact, we ran a popular LAN gaming centre throughout my childhood called LANCity, which you may remember from the early 2000s.
I began designing games using early level editors like Halo: Forge and Far Cry Instincts: Predator, but it was LittleBigPlanet that truly sparked my passion for game design. At just 8 years old, I was amazed that I could design, code, sculpt, and publish complete experiences for others to play, rate, and comment on. It was electric!
I now have 5+ years of professional experience in games. To date, I have designed the commercial title Shuttle Revolution, the successfully funded Kickstarter board game Fatal Knockout, and many more. Be sure to check out my portfolio!
